Ken Barnett

Director of Administration, E-mail

Supervises the Finance and Trustee ministry teams to ensure that both are in compliance with the United Methodist Church’s Book of Discipline. Director will be responsible for reporting to the Servant Leadership Team (SLT) and the congregation in a timely manner concerning all pertinent matters.

Beth Tackett

Director of Staff Relations, E-mail

Works with the SLT, staff, and when applicable, the District Superintendent and or the Bishop, in an advisory capacity regarding matters related to church leadership and employment issues. The director will also be required to serve as that year’s Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) chair.

Tim Mullett

Director of Lay Mobilization, E-mail

Install the “Every Member in Ministry” campaign, with the goal of involving every member in service. The director will be required to identify, utilize, and fill all areas of ministry available to lay members, as it best pertains to their interest, gifts, and calling.

Sue Lord

Director of Worship, E-mail

Oversees and coordinates each worship service as it pertains to musical, visual, and technical aspects. The director will also be responsible for involving/developing laity in worship, as well establishing creative liturgical elements and coordinating “behind-the-scenes” production details.

Casey McKenzie

Director of Building and Introducing, E-mail

Develops and leads a “Building and Introducing Leadership Team” focusing on outreach. The director will be tasked with formulating a means of outreach and introduction to faith communities and a personal relationship with Christ to the lost and unsaved.

Sandra Mills

Director of Growing and Equipping, E-mail

Develops and Cultivate ongoing Spiritual development of church members through educational programs such as Sunday School, GROW classes, and small group studies; as well as the various Discipleship/Ministry/Outreach programs offered at St. Luke.

Rankin Carter

Director of Going Forth, E-mail

Develops and leads a “Going Forth Leadership Team”, with the goal of helping the congregation fulfill the Great Commission. The director will identify and develop prospects for outreach and missions, ranging from local to international opportunities.

Chris Bacon

Director of Communications, E-mail

Oversees and develops all forms of communication as it pertains to the church. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: print, internet, billboard, and church signage. The director will work directly with the SLT and staff in developing efficient, accurate, and effective means of communication.
